In every religious tradition, believers expect their god to return at the end of times to redeem them and take them somewhere.

• The Hindus are waiting for Kalki.
• The Jews are waiting for the Messiah
• The Muslims are waiting for a redeemer, the Antichrist-Dajjal.
• The Christians are waiting for the second coming.

Notice that all these ancient cultures speak of someone who came from above to seed, help, or establish them, and that someday, this redeemer will return. It’s remarkable how similar these redemption stories are across different cultures.
